Three Month Work Objectives

To successfully achieve great results, employees must know what they need to deliver both in the short and the long-term. When employees are clear on their work priorities, they can focus on the right work and positively contribute to the team and organization goals. Without goal clarity, employees may spend time on projects and tasks that are not the best use of their time, thus reducing their ability to be an effective team member. As a manager, one of your core responsibilities is to ensure each of your employees has a clear understanding of what work they must do and what they must achieve in order to be successful. In particular, employees need to be focused on the work they must do right now, in the short-term, or else long-term individual and team goals could be in jeopardy. By completing this course, you will be able to help employees gain a clear understanding of what they must deliver in the next three months.
