No returns are accepted on electronic product downloads or CDs.
Unopened Print Products (in original shrink-wrap):
• Within 1 month after order date: May be returned for a full refund.
• 2-8 months after order date: Accepted for account credit**. A 10% restocking/processing fee applies to these returned products.
• All products must be the current version at the time of the return.
Shipping charges: Shipping charges are non-refundable.
